Who has never scheduled an event? Whether it is with your friends, colleagues or family, it is often difficult to find a date that suits everyone without having any disappointment.

After many calls and so much time spent on sending emails, you finally find the best date. But you have spoken too soon… Two days later, John and Laureen inform you that they had forgotten a family dinner and they cannot come anymore. Oh no, the karting is compromised, you have to find another date as soon as possible. At this point, you say to yourself “This is the last time I organize something !!!”.

Now, let’s add a new element to this storyline : Doodle.

You create a poll named “Karting” on the website. You select the possible dates. Then, you send the invitations to John, Laureen and the others. That’s it ! As the participants answer to the poll, Doodle automatically does all the counting for you in order to find the best date. Participants are going to see the availability of each others and they will try to be available.

The final date

Nothing else to do, Doodle decides for you ! It is free and the registration is not required to start using it. So… Have fun with planning !
