Peut-\u00eatre est-on capable de se souvenir d&rsquo;une dizaine de choses que l&rsquo;on doit faire. Il est malheureusement impossible de se souvenir de tout et cela peut provoquer un certain \u00e9tat de stress caus\u00e9 par la peur d&rsquo;oublier des choses importantes.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai suivi une formation tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante donn\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/renaudmarly\/\" title=\"Profil LinkedIn de Renaud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Renaud Marly<\/a> et pr\u00e9sentant tout une s\u00e9rie de bonnes pratiques \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre pour nous aider dans nos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gettingthingsdone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Site de David Allen\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">David Allen<\/a> est un peu le personnage incontournable de ce concept avec Getting Thing Done, GTD. Les formats sont divers, cela peut \u00eatre un outil traditionnel comme un bloc-notes papier et un crayon, un outil informatis\u00e9 basique comme un simple fichier texte, un outil de mindmapping ou un outil plus complexe et complet comme le logiciel <a href=\"https:\/\/evernote.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Evernote\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Evernote<\/a>&#8230; Essayez-les et si vous \u00eates satisfait par l&rsquo;un de ces outils, alors c&rsquo;est que vous l&rsquo;avez trouv\u00e9&#8230; Vous trouverez une liste d&rsquo;applications \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;article.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Soyez simple<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Garder votre liste la plus simple qui soit. Evitez d&rsquo;utiliser:\n<ol>\n<li>Des sous sections de sous-section. Une liste \u00e0 2 niveaux est largement suffisante (r\u00e9sultat\/actions).<\/li>\n<li>Plusieurs polices de caract\u00e8re avec des tailles et des couleurs diff\u00e9rentes. Voici les bonnes pratiques pour g\u00e9rer vos emails.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>G\u00e9rer les interruptions<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Supprimer les notifications email, cela va vous permettre de minimiser vos interruptions et de vous concentrer sur votre travail.<br \/>\nPour votre messagerie instantan\u00e9e, vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de mettre votre statut en \u00ab\u00a0Ne pas d\u00e9ranger\u00a0\u00bb lorsque vous partez en r\u00e9union, ici c&rsquo;est un peu le m\u00eame principe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Traiter tous les emails d&rsquo;un seul bloc<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A faire quelques fois par jour, 3 ou 4 fois.<\/li>\n<li>A moins que vous travaillez dans un service helpdesk, cela sera suffisant. En cas d&rsquo;urgence, la personne vous appellera ou se d\u00e9placera.<\/li>\n<li>Le pire qui puisse vous arriver est de configurer le push mail sur votre mobile pour \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aff\u00fbt de tous vos emails arrivant sur votre boite professionnelle. Si vous \u00eates dans ce cas, posez-vous la question: quelles sont les raisons qui m&rsquo;ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 faire ce choix?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Appliquer la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gle des 2 minutes\u00a0\u00bb<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Une r\u00e8gle \u00e0 appliquer sur chacun des emails entrants, 3 cas possibles:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Do it<\/strong>: Si moins de 2 minutes, traitez l&#8217;email de suite (le lire, classer et stocker les pi\u00e8ces jointes \u00e9ventuelles, faire un contr\u00f4le rapide, y r\u00e9pondre si une r\u00e9ponse est attendue)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Differ it<\/strong>: Si on se rend compte qu&rsquo;il faut plus de 2 minutes pour le traiter, le flagger et le mettre dans une todo-list<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delegate it<\/strong>: Si vous attendez une action de l&rsquo;un de vos interlocuteurs, utilisez la r\u00e8gle du \u00ab\u00a0waiting for\u00a0\u00bb (voir ci-dessous)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>A la fin de votre passage, le but est de n&rsquo;avoir plus aucun email \u00e0 traiter, la fameuse \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.43folders.com\/izero\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Inbox 0\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inbox 0<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.43folders.com\/izero\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Inbox 0\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Inbox 0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.fabianpiau.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/00055\/inbox-0.png?resize=435%2C210&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Inbox 0\" width=\"435\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Appliquer la \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gle du waiting for\u00a0\u00bb<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Le but est de garder trace des actions que vous avez pu d\u00e9l\u00e9guer et donc les emails auxquels vous attendez une r\u00e9ponse.<\/li>\n<li>Certains clients email vous permettent d&rsquo;appliquer des \u00e9tiquettes, dans ce cas, cr\u00e9ez et appliquez une \u00e9tiquette \u00ab\u00a0Waiting for\u00a0\u00bb. Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, une astuce est d&rsquo;envoyer ces emails avec soi-m\u00eame en copie (bcc). Une r\u00e8gle que vous aurez cr\u00e9\u00e9e pr\u00e9alablement se chargera de filtrer ces messages, en les marquant comme lus et en les d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant dans un dossier sp\u00e9cial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<table>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"vertical-align:middle\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomodorotechnique.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"La technique Pomodoro\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Logo Pomodoro\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.fabianpiau.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/00055\/pomodoro.png?resize=150%2C134&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Logo Pomodoro\" width=\"150\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"25px\">\n<\/td>\n<td>\nA noter aussi la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomodorotechnique.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"La technique Pomodoro\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">technique Pomodoro<\/a>, une m\u00e9thode de gestion du temps qui se sert de l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un minuteur de cuisine avec des p\u00e9riodes de travail de 25 minutes. Ces diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e9riodes sont s\u00e9par\u00e9es par de courtes pauses (5 minutes). Cela permettrait d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer votre productivit\u00e9 en gardant votre niveau de concentration \u00e0 un niveau optimal.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Et moi?<\/h3>\n<p>Il est difficile de mixer la vie personnelle et professionnelle, on a souvent tendance \u00e0 utiliser deux outils diff\u00e9rents. Je ne d\u00e9roge pas \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<p><h4>Todo-list perso<\/h4>\n<p>Un simple fichier texte que je partage sur mes diff\u00e9rents devices gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.fabianpiau.com\/fr\/2011\/06\/18\/bring-your-files-everywhere-you-go-with-dropbox\/\" title=\"Emmener vos fichiers partout avec vous gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Dropbox\">Dropbox<\/a>. J&rsquo;ai organis\u00e9 le fichier en 2 sections: les choses urgentes \u00e0 faire dans la journ\u00e9e ou dans la semaine, les choses moins urgentes ou en attente \u00e0 faire dans le mois ou l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe fait d&rsquo;avoir un simple fichier texte, me permet de me focaliser sur le contenu uniquement, je ne peux rien souligner ou mettre en gras et c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien comme cela, je ne veux pas perdre de temps pour \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p><h4>Todo-list pro<\/h4>\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise un cahier pour \u00e9crire les diff\u00e9rents points \u00e0 traiter. Finalement, c&rsquo;est suffisant car j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 disposition <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/software\/jira\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Jira\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jira<\/a> (outil en relation avec mon m\u00e9tier technique). Jira est un bug tracker qui permet de cr\u00e9er des t\u00e2ches, de se les affecter, de les commenter, de les prioriser, etc. Un autre moyen que j&rsquo;utilise de temps \u00e0 autre en fonction du projet et de mon \u00e9quipe est le fameux task board agile avec les 3 colonnes: todo, in progress, done. Chaque t\u00e2che correspond \u00e0 un post-it que l&rsquo;on d\u00e9place de colonne en colonne en fonction de l&rsquo;avancement.<\/p>\n<p><h4>Emails pro<\/h4>\n<p>Je les traite au fur et \u00e0 mesure, je n&rsquo;ai pas d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 les notifications. Si je suis occup\u00e9, je ne me laisse pas perturber. Il m&rsquo;arrive m\u00eame de ne plus voir les notifications tellement je suis concentr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><h4>Emails perso<\/h4>\n<p>Je regarde plusieurs fois par jour. Ces emails sont moins intrusifs que ceux de ma boite pro, car je dois moi-m\u00eame faire la d\u00e9marche et aller sur les webmails pour v\u00e9rifier mes nouveaux emails.<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"none\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Le mot de la fin<\/h3>\n<p>Toutes ces nouvelles habitudes peuvent ne pas \u00eatre tr\u00e8s naturelles. Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rez et tenez bon, vous allez mesurer de r\u00e9els progr\u00e8s.<br \/>\nGardez \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que chacun a sa propre m\u00e9thode qui lui correspond, il n&rsquo;y a pas de standard ou de m\u00e9thode miracle.
